Public Offering Brewing Co. opened at 1736 South Broadway, Denver, Colorado, recently. The owner, Cody Higginbottom hopes the new taproom will make guests feel welcome in an area where other brewers are already making their names.
The brewery plans to offer hop-forward beers, but customers will dictate other styles and flavors.
The 4,000-square-foot taproom features windowed garage doors that lead into an indoor pergola with greenery, warm lighting, an open floor plan, and a 2,000-square-foot patio for use in warm weather.
The back bar features glass paneling that lets customers see the brewing process, and the brewery plans to include local ingredients whenever possible. The current tap list features a New Zealand Pale Ale, a West Coast IPA, a Kolsch, and a Hazy IPA. The brewery is also a Craft Malt Certified brewery and works with locally based Propagate Yeast Lab and other yeast banks to maintain a local element.
The brewery plans to be open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3-10 p.m., Thursdays from 2-10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from noon-10 p.m., and Sundays from noon-9 p.m.
