Proof Opens at Florida State University
Proof Brewing Co. recently opened a campus location at Florida State University called Proof at FSU.
The Tallahassee craft brewer and the Florida capital city’s first craft production brewery teamed with the university and Seminole Dining to open the location on campus that includes pub grill food and its award-winning beers.
The FSU location is on the first floor of FSU’s new student union building and serves signature cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages seven days a week.

“We are ecstatic for the opportunity to partner with Florida State,” said Byron Burroughs, founder of Proof Brewing. “The people of FSU have shown so much love and support since we opened our brewery in 2012. We look forward to serving the FSU campus community our amazing pub food and fresh local beer made right down the road in Tallahassee.”
Proof creates artisan beers at its 20-barrel brewhouse that also features a tasting room and beer garden at its main downtown Tallahassee location at 1320 South Monroe Street.
