DENVER, CO – Aviation-themed FlyteCo Brewing, a craft brewery in Denver, CO, located in the old Stapleton Air Traffic Control Tower at 3120 Uinta Street, recently collaborated with the Denver Nonprofit Stripes to Bars to produce a new beer called Vets in Jets Cream Ale.
Vets in Jets Cream Ale will be released on Veterans Day, Friday, November 11, at the FlyteCo Tower Air Traffic Control and the brewers’ original locations.
FlyteCo Tower is a brewpub, bar, and entertainment venue in Denver’s Central Park neighborhood that opened this summer.
The craft beer brewer has a long history of helping young people, people of color, and veterans in the pursuit of aviation careers.
Ten percent of the proceeds from Vets in Jets Cream Ale will go to helping people become pilots through the non-profit Stripes to Bars program.
Stripes to Bars enables veterans to become pilots while aiding them in the transition from military to civilian life.
FlyteCo Brewing has previously funded three Stripes to Bars scholarships.
Each Vets in Jets Cream Ale purchased will provide $1 to the Stripes to Bars scholarship fund on Veterans Day and until the beer on tap runs out.
In honor of Veteran’s Day, every active-duty military personnel and veteran may receive one free Vets in Jets Cream Ale on Nov. 11, 2022.
FlyteCo Brewing Tower is located at 3120 Uinta Street, Denver, CO.
