4 Hands Brewing Co. is expanding in St. Louis, Missouri’s La Salle Park neighborhood. The expansion will allow the brewer to create more indoor space for manufacturing and offices and create an outdoor space for a beer garden.
The expansion lets the brewer increase the beer brewing process while becoming more creative with experimenting with its beer recipes. The expansion will also make more room for guests.
The owners teamed up with CannonDesign, a St. Louis architecture firm, to design the new space.
300 Seat Beer Garden
The beer garden is estimated to hold up to 300 seated guests when construction is complete. The outdoor beer garden will feature lights, outdoor restrooms, private alcoves, and open walkways where guests can bring children and dogs to the brewery. The beer garden will also be available for rent for private events.
Beer, Seltzer, Gin
The brewery will bring in more tanks for efficiency and will be able to offer more variety of flavors when the full plan is complete. In 2023, 4 Hands plans to add a gin garden with farm-to-table production for its 1220 Artisan Spirits line. They also plan to offer seasonal seltzers and a year-round gin product.
